Life in Los Santos[]
First Steps[]
Chester first started wandering Los Santos on September 22, 2023. After leaving his home at 15 Milton Road, a weaponless Chester decided to try and find something to defend himself with. After trying to loot a few stores, he eventually found a knife. With that in hand, Chester quickly fled, trying to find somewhere safe to rest. He eventually spotted a Swiss flag flying in the wind and took shelter near it. However, he soon left the area after other survivors of the apocalypse appeared.
After a brief stop in a safe area, Chester set off again in search of answers and supplies. While trying to work out where to go, a man with a snowman mask approached him and questioned where he was heading. The pair talked and decided to set off together, helping each other out. The duo worked together for a while, but Chester, who at this point was in need of bandages, decided to work his way back to a safe area so he could make some for himself. After a brief rest, he set off back out for one last exploration to find supplies. After finding and creating sharper weapons than the knife he had found earlier, Chester decided to head back to the safe area for the day. On the way back, he ran into the man with the snowman mask again, and the pair travelled back to the safe area together. After a successful first day away from his old home of 15 Milton Road, Chester settled down to see what life would now be like.
Over the next few days, Chester joined up with friend Journey "Jo" Mackenzie, old school teacher Walter Armstrong and a new friend called Terrence "TJ" Jacksonand the group decided to create a safe space for themselves. They found an abandoned hotel in the northern part of the city and fortified the car park, to try and keep zombies (and others) from reaching their new sanctuary. A few days later, Mason Daniels joined the group too.

 Chester and Walter have known each other since before the apocalypse occurred. Walter, previously a teacher, taught Chester mathematics at some point in his school life. The pair have a good friendship, swapping banter with each other, and trust each other enough to go out and explore together without fear of betrayal. |

 Chester and Jo know each other from before the apocalypse and ran into one another in the Maze Bank Arena safe zone, where Jo had been asking other survivors if they knew Chester. Jo had only recently moved to Los Santos when the pair met. Jo had been doing research before the apocalypse and rarely left her lab. She decided, for a change, to visit a coffee shop to do some work and this is where she met Chester's butler. His butler thought it would be a good idea for Chester to meet Jo. Embarrassingly enough, when ordering his drink, Chester had no idea how to order anything because he had always relied on his butler. |

Not much is known about the relationship between Mason and Chester. But what is known is that the pair used to be drinking buddies before the apocalypse occurred. Later on and out of pure coincidence, Mason happened to stumble upon Chester outside of his base. The pair quickly caught up and Mason joined Chester's close-knit group. |
