The Chamberlain Hills is a low-income neighborhood with a high crime rate and an ominous gang presence. The area mainly consists of low-income housing projects filled with criminals and drug addicts. The area known as Chamberlain hills was the work of an American urban planner, architect, and politician named Samuel Clarence Chamberlain the 2nd. Over the years, Clarence had many sexual affairs with his tenants he rented to in this area he managed. Aline McMan, one of his many tenants, had 2 of his children named Ronald and Richard. Eventually after the boys grew up Clarence offered jobs to both boys and only Ronald accepted and left the chamberlain hills projects to work for his father in local politics for the city of Los Santos.
Ronald Chamberlain had awakened in a reality that was altered from his true timeline he once lived... Reality splits when the ancient machine is or was used again by the cursed one known as Butch. “It has access to technology it understands nothing about and it uses it so carelessly. Affecting untold billions of lives every time.” Ronald also suffers from ethereal aging from being forced and jumped around timelines. This means he is unaware of exactly how old he is. He has also lost most of his mind and doesn't really see the true reality of his situation. He really only remembers bits and pieces of who he was, where he came from and his life before being sucked into a horrible black hole and spit out where he is now. A reality where society has collapsed and zombies have overrun mankind. The apocalypse universe is where Ronald Chamberlain was sent for some reason. His understanding of why and how this is completely lost. We don't know much about Ronald and his life before this all happened to him, we do know he was working for his dad in local politics. They were working together to get his father a seat in the state government around 1985.
However, around this exact time Butch Vandire, a cosmic fugitive who used a rare piece of religious ancient technology he stole from a church/cult known to the people of Los Santos as the Epsilon Program. The device in question functions as a time machine and allows its users to Jump timelines while keeping memories and knowledge of past experiences mostly intact. It was at this time butch used this forbidden technology to prematurely jump realities causing rips in the fabrics of current reality that opened massive galaxy wide black holes that immediately atomized everything in a single second. Many die from this event, others continue life as normal like nothing happened at all, some are sent to a reality unfamiliar to their own. Some are given a new life. Many are unlucky at the end of the day to survive this cataclysm of their galaxy.
